About this studio
Vitruvian Fitness is one of the friendliest fitness communities you'll find in Denver. Their Indoor Cycling will make you a better rider outside. Your heart and lungs will be burning, the music will be cranked and the energy will be off the charts. You’re going to sweat like you’re in a sauna and you’re most definitely going to crush your next ride outside. Focusing on true cycling skills and performance, they keep it real and if you’re looking for total-body strength and conditioning, they have other awesome classes dedicated to just that. Functional X is like bootcamp but more fun and more goal oriented. It’s all about getting stronger as a team. Fast paced, high intensity, total body, always different and always fun! TRX is all core. And chest, back, legs, butts, arms and more core.

How to prepare
Bring a water bottle, clean/dry shoes and your positive attitude! If you're coming to spin, your standard Shimano SPD cleats OR regular sneakers both work great on our bikes. We've got towels, a shower, and plenty of parking right out front.
How to get there
Vitruvian Fitness is located in the strip mall just behind the Walgreens at 44th and Wadsworth in Wheat Ridge. Plenty of on-site parking right in front. Just west of the Highlands, just south of Arvada, just east of Golden, and just north of Lakewood.
