see all reviewsAllie was great! She was energetic and I enjoyed her motivational words of wisdom sprinkled throughout the class. The playlist was on point — Lady Gaga and Rihanna for this class. I’m not great at choreography while pedaling so it was hard to keep up but I made the most of it and just kept pedaling. Got a good sweat in, time flew by and still felt like I could’ve kept going, it was that good!

see all reviewsVery gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!
