Variant Fit offers a holistic approach to health and wellness present throughout all of their services, from private training to group fitness classes. The backbone of that approach is Variant’s E-F-S system, developed by it's founder Mike Michalski. E-F-S serves as a thoroughly efficient, functional, and self-improving program.

I took many HIIT classes in the city and Mike's is def the best. Everyone gets a lot of attention and corrections - that's one big advantage that other studios couldn't compete with due to their class size.

Good sweat , but floors were slippery and some of the kettlebells arm movements werent really tailored for a womans body. Considering that most of the class consisted of females, the instructor should aim his workout to leaning and building strength for women as well.
