About this studio

V Power Yoga offers an eclectic system of yoga which is vigorous and athletic. Sun salutations, standing lunges and balancing poses are combined to move toxins out of the body. This technique challenges students' strength, stamina and flexibility. Classes are heated to 85-90 degrees.

How to prepare

What to Bring: Mat, towel & water. They have mats you can borrow along with bottled water for purchase. Bottled Water: $1.00. Parking: -6:00AM classes - Meters are free on the studio side of the street -8:00AM-6:30PM - Street Parking - Parking Meters (accept change or credit cards) -Saturday - Street Parking - Parking Meters (accept change or credit cards) -Sunday - Meters are free

Lisa was a great teacher! I would definitely not call this class a beginner class, but she made this newbie feel at ease, comfortable, and gave great help with beginning my practice.

Lisa was such a great instructor! The flow was faster paced the postures were accessible. She offered a great mix of hands on adjustments as well as encouraged and called out people by name when they were doing a great job. Will definitely return!

What is ClassPass?
