    Jenny was absolutely amazing! This staff was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a studio, and in general. Laura helped me figure out some membership pricing and offered me my second ride for 10.00! I can bring a friend for free anytime for their first ride. Amazing playlist as well. Very clean facility and has tons of extras like hair ties, deodorant, feminine products, etc. They had some bananas and oranges as well as a water machine to fill your bottles. They also provided cycling shoes!

    CYCLE614 BLACKOUT RIDE

    I really like this class! It's such a good workout. The thing I wish they would change is the "weight lifting" portion. these quick movements with little weights are just not that effective and it's pretty impossible to keep good form while frenetically throwing a 3lb weight around. This is so common in classes that women predominantly go to. It always bothers me lol so maybe I'm being too critical, but I just think it's a waste of time in the class. Other than that, love the class and studio.

    Fun class in an accepting environment. Vinny encouraged us to do our best and made it a full body workout. I liked that he reminded us to listen to our bodies. Rather than competing for the high score, there are no digital monitors on the bikes. The studio is in the short north and there’s a parking lot where spots not marked with an apartment address are fair game to park at for free. There’s bathrooms, cubbies and water in the studio. The bikes are cleaned at the end of the day. The studio environment seems very kind and accepting. I liked that the instructor showed all the new people at the beginning how to set up their bikes and was patient with everyone.

    Great class! Teacher gives instructions in a clear, easy to follow manner. One of the managers (?) does not seem to like ClassPass so be prepared to hear unkind comments by him if he is the one checking you in at the front desk.
