What is skinny rebel? Skinny rebel is London's toughest high intensity, full body group workout. Don't believe us? Read the articles. What is the aim of a skinny rebel workout? To complete as many rounds as possible within 30 minutes. How does it differ from another high intensity workout in London? Each round will consist of a set number of full body, functional exercises followed by an interval session. The entire workout is a race against the clock. How long are the sessions? 30 minutes which is plenty of time! What fitness level do I need to be to attend the class? We welcome all fitness levels at skinny rebel. How to prepare

Please bring with you bottled water and a small towel for the indoor skinny rebel studio sessions at Leman Locke. For the outdoor skinny rebel boot camp sessions, depending on the time of the year please bring extra layers in the winter months and also light breathable sports clothes in the summer months. It is important that you show up to your class well hydrated and fueled. Try to eat at least two hours before your session, not right before.

How to get there

The indoor skinny rebel studio sessions are held at Leman Locke, 15 Leman Street, Whitechapel London E1 8EN. The closets tube station is Aldgate East. The skinny rebel boot camp at Shoreditch Park please meet at the entrance to the park on the junction with New N Rd and Poole Street which is directly opposite the Gainsborough Studios. The skinny rebel boot camp sessions held at Highbury Fields, please meet at the entrance to the park, at the junction with Highbury Cres and Highbury Terrace.

I was really excited about this and turned up at 0645 but couldn’t find anyone! Ran round the whole park and found a different Bootcamp but not skinny rebel :-( Have just moved to the area so would love to come to this regularly but how can I ensure it’s on (and get my credits back?!)
