Changing rooms/showers are really nice and also mixed gender which I liked. (You still get your own private shower/changing room). On a separate note I still don’t understand why gyms have free aerosol deodorant. It fills the whole room when people use it. As someone with asthma the last thing you want is to not be able to breathe before your work out. Random rant but if you use aerosol in a public space please stop, you could be messing up someone’s entire day/week

Major technical issues with no mic and no music and eventually given a portable speaker but the class speaks volumes because he puts so much work into the classes. I got the workout I needed. Lee is great and I come to Gymbox for him only. Great class in red week. Loved it. But Gymbox.....please fix the air-conditioning as it is already a brutal class without the added battle of no air con or air flow. The power battle is enough without the added battle of the heat but I'll be back.
