About this studio

Tone House® is the first-ever extreme, athletic-based group fitness studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. Sessions are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or just want to train like one, Tone House’s goal is to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people. All athletes must arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Latecomers will not be allowed into class. No exceptions. How to prepare

All Sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All skill levels welcome. Beginners are required to start with the TH 101 intro class! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the warm-up is integral to the class. You will not be allowed in class if you miss the warm-up.

Hardest class ever! I love it!

Hands down hardest workout ever. Keith (and honestly all the TH instructors) are always so encouraging and there is such a positive teamwork vibe that gets you through.

TH 101: Core
This was a 101 class, but it was so hard! I attend classes regularly and was really struggling (in a great way!). Keith played amazing music and was very nice. We did sprints, harnessed high knees and a lot of cardio. I will be quite sore tomorrow and I plan on going back again to struggle again!
TH 101: Lower Body/Core
This class was supposed to be lower body and core- it was only lower body! There were only 3 people in class which made this more like a regular TH class instead of a 101- he gave little to no breaks which resulted in one of the girls giving up and leaving. I wish I had gotten to speak to her and tell her to try TH again on a day w more students and a diff instructor. I told him I had an injury which should have been easily modified but he kept having telling me to try the exercise anyway! I usually loooove this gym but was very disappointed today. Ill def be sore tomorrow bc it was hard but the class lacked the energy it usually does!

Wow I thought I was in decent shape but this class was a reality check. Fuel your body accordingly !!!! Unfortunately I had to leave the class early because I was *physically dying* but if you want a challenge this is it.

not for the faint of heart. this was definitely a humbling class. Im so sore. will probably do this once a week or two.
