Decent experience. Definitely a solid work out. Spin instructor’s mic was extremely muffled and she didn’t give any lead in for exercises, would have been hard to follow for a beginner. Yoga instructor immediately started something like power yoga (planks, push-up position etc) which was a really tough transition from spin. We got more into stretching towards the end but it felt like we jumped quickly into difficult positions without and lead up like regular yoga. Might try again.

AMAZING class!!!! High energy, endorphin pumping spin, killer playlist and my fitness inspiration, Chanty ???? Followed by Pilates infused yoga to stretch and tone those sweet spots. Chanty kicks butt! Cannot wait to come back ????????????????????????????????

About this studio

The Sweat Lab has over 20 years of combined experience in the athletic, arts, or fitness industries, and at bare minimum, they believe in the power of cross-training. For over 4 years, they have always been a multi-use studio that trains in modalities with proven success in building a strong and healthy body and mind. Through the combinations of Cycle, Barre, Circuit, and Yoga, it’s not just about looking great, it’s about feeling your best – no matter who you are. If you are a dancer, an athlete, a mom, a student, or an entire family, they offer something for everyone. They’re not about trends, they are all about what works.

How to prepare

They suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class. For Barre classes, socks are not mandatory, but can be purchased at the front desk if needed. Spin Shoes are supplied for all 1st time clients. If you have your own shoes, their bikes are compatible with SPD & Delta Look Clips. For Circuit classes, wear indoor shoes only. Please do not wear the same shoes you wear outside. All props and mats are provided for yoga classes.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
