Safety guidelines are provided by The Pilates Circuit and were last updated on 9/3/23.
Mask-wearing policies
We ask that if you're vaccinated/or un-vaccinated but feeling under the weather that you wear a mask or skip this class (we'll shout you the next one, just email tamara@thepilatescircuit.com to arrange).
Social distancing measures
We place our mats as far apart as possible in the studio. You shouldn't be within 4ft of another class member and are welcome to adjust your mat placement to have a little more space.
Ventilation system
New York Live Arts has a great HVAC system. We'll spread out and keep the air flowing.
Extra sanitation
All of our equipment is sanitized before and after use. We also have cleaning supplies on hand if you'd like to wipe over your own mat before class (just ask us for the spray).
