About this studio

The Lab’s famous group class schedule offers a variety of classes at convenient times. Their unique mix of 30, 45 and 60 mins strength, conditioning and recovery classes, allows for ‘time-poor’ individuals to maximise their training time, #TRAINANDSUSTAIN is a key message for this No-single use plastic studio, so please bring a re-useable drinks bottle to access free water throughout your session. The LAB is a barefoot training facility, if you need to bring shoes please make sure they are for indoor use only.

How to prepare

The LAB likes to start and finish classes on time. What is ClassPass?
