About this studio

The mission of The Hudson Yoga Project is to offer the highest quality yoga taught by experienced, capable and compassionate teachers. The studio offers a diverse lineup of classes that is representative of the diversity of the students and community. Their goal is to share the ancient teachings of yoga through a modern lens in which classes are light hearted, creative and supportive to allow both for student growth and individual expression. All levels and all styles are welcome!

How to prepare

Please bring clothes suitable for yoga! Yoga mats are free for your first visit and available to rent for $2 after that. Blocks, blankets, straps, and all other props are provided.

How to get there

The Hudson Yoga Project is located at 44 Hudson Place on the fourth floor of an elevator building. You can take the stairs up for pre-yoga cardio!

What is ClassPass?
