About this studio

The Dailey Method is a results driven exercise that produces a strong, lean, sculpted body. Combining the best of Pilates, yoga, ballet barre training and now cycling, our classes are an ever-evolving mix of movement that offer extreme benefits for body and mind. Our classes are driven by fitness research and our students’ needs. We offer individualized attention in a group setting to give you the strength, discipline, and joy to find ultimate alignment. With two different cycle class formats (including hybrid of cycle + barre), rides are beat driven, high intensity, sweaty and FUN for an ultimate workout that’s safe & effective in our stadium seating room with STAGES bikes. Cycle classes deliver a balanced, full body workout resulting in a high-calorie burn in a high energy environment!

How to prepare

Please wear socks for barre classes (grippy socks suggested!). They are available for purchase at the studio as well! Please bring a water bottle. If you are taking a spin or hybrid class (cycle/barre) please wear athletic shoes or bike shoes (SPD compatible cleats). See you on the bike or at the barre for the best results in town.

Dailey Barre with Emma
One of the best barre classes I’ve ever attended. Emma is an incredible instructor, her classes are definitely challenging (for the muscle shakes we all come for), and she pays so much attention to alignment, which helps students stay safe and get the most out of the session. Would highly recommend.

Instructor was super duper nice and motivating. Although the cycle portion was beat based for the most part, if you’re used to Tapbacks, push-ups, and dancing on the bike this isn’t the cycle class for you. I still got a killer workout in though

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
