There’s something different about the Breathing Room. From the the unparalleled instructors, to the beautiful space, to the personal service, one step inside and an untouchable element surrounds you. Practice on world class equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Springboard and the ever popular CoreAlign machine. Enjoy a multitude of mat classes to keep your core fired up and your mind at peace.

How to prepare

Wear clothing that you are comfortable in--think stretchy pants and breathable shirts. You will kick your shoes off at the front door, so no need to concern yourself with footwear. Some folks do enjoy wearing grippy socks, which are a good option for those with cold toes. The studio has water available, as well as showers and changing rooms. Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins.

How to get there

The Breathing Room is located at 2128 Madison in Cincinnati, Ohio, but the parking lot is around the back of the building off of Lavinia Avenue.

Body Prayer with Mer
This was a very interesting class and Mer told me it would be different than a normal class there before it started. There was a small portion of Yoga but the larger part of class was a ceremony to welcome spring. It was spiritual and symbolic. It lasted a little longer than I thought it would but it was still very nice and I felt very welcomed and felt a real sense of community among everyone else in the room. Ill probably be back now that I understand what to expect.
