    Hot Flow - 60 minutes

Alyssa taught an exceptional class- the class flowed so well, the sequence was interesting and challenging, we used our entire mat in every direction and the time went by so fast. The room was full. This is a well liked , a well attended studio. I would def recommend to any one new to yoga and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great yoga community. Great energy all around

    Sculpt

What. A. Class!!! Was basically a yoga/strength fusion class, great music, heat to 100F (but not at ALL humid). Loved everything. Will 10/10 be sore tomorrow. I really felt like Chelsea focused on the yoga flow for this class while still building strength. Really loved her as an instructor. Will be back over and over again!

Hot Power Yoga - Community Class

First time doing yoga of any kind in a class and it was great! Very communal feel, lots of different levels all part of the class but I felt very comfortable being a beginner. Was very hot so if you’re not into that u may not love it. Left very sweaty and stinky lol

Hot Power Yoga - Community Class

Mallory teaches her “Hot Power Yoga” with such high energy, but also kindness. Although I do not need any recognition in class, I love that Mallory gives individual recognition, by name, to so many, even just for posture adjustments! She greets her students by name as they walk in the door, and everyone, all levels and all ages, feel validated and welcome. I highly recommend Mallory’s classes for anyone, even those considering starting a yoga practice as a beginner. I am so happy that my daughter, a yoga instructor visiting us from New York, scouted out this fairly new studio for me and constantly encourages me to continue my practice here. Thank you, Mallory! Your class is my new happy place!!!

    Flow to Floor

I love this studio, and every instructor is different. This time I was really excited to have this instructor, because she’s curvier and you don’t always get a lot of representation of different body types in fitness studios, so I thought that was super awesome. The class was tough, but my only real complaint is that she moves just a little too fast. Like most of my previous experiences with yoga are prolonged holds, giving you time to check the stretch and making sure your body is giving you the most out of each movement. With this instructor I often felt I was just getting to a correct pose and then we were already jumping on to the next one. I wanted her to slow down just another breath or two to ensure that she was taking the time to let people adjust their motions to what she already knew was coming next. That made it feel a little less flow, and a little jerkier on my end. I’m also a little adhd tho so I prefer time to understand and adjust to a flow and let the sequence deep into my muscles. That’s my personal preference tho, so I acknowledge that. But either way, I love the warmth of this studio. Everyone is so kind and warm there. And the space itself is beautiful. I would take from this instructor again, though. She’s obviously a powerhouse in her own right.

    Iron Hour

Ive only done Hollies iron hour in the past and this was a little different but still a great workout. I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasnt as challenging as Hollies. Im still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!
