see all reviewsWhat. A. Class!!! Was basically a yoga/strength fusion class, great music, heat to 100F (but not at ALL humid). Loved everything. Will 10/10 be sore tomorrow. I really felt like Chelsea focused on the yoga flow for this class while still building strength. Really loved her as an instructor. Will be back over and over again!
