About this studio

A pioneer of barre fitness workouts, The Bar Method was developed 16 year ago and has reshaped 1 million strong, graceful bodies! Bar is a safe, fun, 60- or 45-minute workout that uses isometric exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, followed by periods of stretching to elongate, lengthen and align the body. Clients see immediate and noticeable results, regardless of fitness levels or experience! Onsite child care is available for 11 classes each week for an additional fee. To reserve a space for your child, place yourself in the Kids Club class that you want coverage for on The Bar Method App. Or, contact the studio at 720-379-3732.

How to prepare

Socks (preferably grip) and pants at or below the knees are required for class. Socks and studio apparel are available for purchase in-studio. Pleases bring a water bottle. Lockers with locks are provided.

How to get there

The studio is located one unit south of Bath and Body Works on the Northfield mall's Main St. Free parking is located behind the Main St. shops off of Uinta and Verbena, and directly in front of the studio. After parking, walk through the breeze way to the Main St. shops.

I understand that technique is important for barre classes, but I don’t love that adjustments are made without asking first perhaps a demonstration first instead of going straight for body manipulation.

Katies transition are really choppy and it makes it hard to follow a class and get a good workout. Her instruction for set up arent always complete. But I still love this place.

What is ClassPass?
