The Ballet Burn seeks to empower individuals to their best selves through creative movement, total body awareness and positive intentions. This friendly studio offers a range of classes starting with the signature workout, The Ballet Burn. Many people ask, "Is this like barre?" Nope...The Ballet Burn is a unique fitness program truly rooted in ballet technique. You can expect intervals of fun cardio moves as well as slower, more fluid movements that will make you feel like you are dancing. Another popular question is, "Do I need to know how to do ballet?" The answer is, not at all. Everyone is welcome, encouraged, and supported! Join the family today and experience the studio Where Strength Meets Grace. See you in class.

How to prepare

Hi there! We are so excited to have you join us at The Ballet Burn. Supportive work out gear and light weight sneakers or barefeet are recommended for our signature work out, The Ballet Burn. If you are coming to a Beginning Ballet Technique class bring along ballet shoes if you have them, otherwise socks are just fine. How to get there

Parking is available in the two level parking garage located in the back of the building. There is a large "Kwik Kopy" sign on the garage and it can be accessed through the driveway of Diamond Direct off of Preston. There are also spaces in the front of the building facing the studio. Street parking is available as well. After 5pm and on the weekends you can park anywhere!

What is ClassPass?
