Cycling Class with Brittany
Fun and upbeat class! You will sweat a lot!
The music was great and the instructor was enthusiastic but I think a lot of positive changes can be made. The music was too loud so I couldn't hear the instructor at all. I think she also used a lot of non verbal cues to transition to the next choreography and that was hard to follow when you're sitting on the side or back. I also sat right next to the shelf which was dangerously close. During arms it seemed like she was hesitating to the next move so everyone was doing something different. There weren't any sprints or isolations. If these changes are made, I think the studio could be great.
PRIME TIME Cycling with Jessica
Energizing! Fun workout, great music
Cycling Class with Alyson
Definitely not my favorite spin class... The attendant at the front desk couldn't be bothered with our questions, like "Do you have a water fountain or filtered water?" Response, a delayed and blunt "no." Eventually he said that because it was our first time "I guess" you get a free water and even then he didn't give the water to us, I had to ask again later. This is fine if check-in is crowded but my friend and I were the first ones to show up and no one had arrived yet. Alyson's music was kind of cool and throwback-esque, but this was the only positive of the class. Also better labeling and branding like "throwback thursday" would be helpful. During class the instructor only focused on talking to/ calling out her friends attending class. She focused on being "skinny" and "pretty" and gave vague direction if any direction at all. I really didn't appreciate motivation like "lets get skinny" or mentions of her "pretty friends" it's shallow and frankly not cool.

Cycling Class with Jessica
Jessica is great (seems like someone fun to grab a drink with!). Killer workout and it flew by!
Cycling Class with Brittany
Bikes are too close together, arm workout was non-existent, and there were no hill songs
