Yoga (Hot) with Kim
Kim was clear in her instructions and was a welcoming environment. It was not as intense as other hot yoga classes I have done in the past. It was more warm and slower paced.
Yoga with Juls
The class was not as cardio intensive as other places I have been. It was a good class to go to for more chill yoga. The instructor was really good and it was very welcoming. I went to the 9:15 class and the large majority of the class was older. Earlier or later class times have a completely different vibe.
AcroYoga with Becca
So much fun!
Yoga with Don
Great instruction. Inviting and friendly.
