About this studio

Largest Class Schedule in the Inland Empire It's time to bring your workout into the 21st century and give your body something to sweat about! Sweat Cardio and Yoga is the premiere group exercise studio of the Temecula Valley. Sweat's classes are for ages 13 and up, created by the Valley's top instructors and personal trainers intended for you to sweat and have a great time doing it. They offer more than 55 classes per week with such styles as their Chisel class, Zumba, Bagboxing, Pilates, Spin, Barre Sculpt, TRX, Cardio Circuit, Boot Camps and of course many varieties of Yoga including Hot Yoga and Bootie Camp Yoga.

How to prepare

They offer a full supply of any equipment and mats for any class you may need. Please feel free to bring your water and towel if needed or your own yoga mats. They offer boxing gloves to try out for their Bagboxing classes, however they do have their more padded gloves for purchase if you plan to come more often. Bring your smiles and your energy to join them for all classes. Please make sure to check in on their ipad prior to entering class.

Chisel with Amy
While the teacher was great, I could not believe how rude the attendees were. One woman would NOT STOP TALKING, kept whooping, started having conversations in the middle of the class with another attendee WHO WAS EATING, and on top of that she literally did not even complete one set of a single exercise. This studio really needs to reevaluate how they allow their students to attend this studio. I definitely will not be back.

What is ClassPass?
