About this studio

Sunberry Fitness is an award winning boutique fitness center specializing in ladies' fitness and health. We offer Dance Fitness, Yoga, Barre, and strength training classes designed for women. We also offer K-Pop Dance class and workshops. *Our Classes are Women-Only*

How to prepare

For all classes: - Wear comfortable workout clothing, and indoor running shoes. - We provide all props you need to use in class. - Don't forgot your hair band & water bottle! Please let the staff & instructor know if you are working through injury. On your first class, arrive 10-15 minutes early to get a studio tour.

How to get there

We are on #1040-9111 Beckwith Rd, Richmond. (across from Costco) Parking: Limited number of reserved parking, or street parking. Transit: We are 5 minutes walking distance to the Bridgeport Station on Canada Line.

Cardio Dance Fit with Priscilla
The class was good if you’re looking for something fun and upbeat but not challenging in terms of cardio or toning. Excellent instructor and music. Mix of rumba and hip hop type of dance instruction. Warning very warm room 22-24 degrees on the wall the whole time which I didn’t appreciate... I only like to sweat when I actually feel like I’m getting a workout. The level of the class was wrong for me but the staff was so welcoming and instructors energetic and on point!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
