Maximum size 8 people in Ridgewood Studio, maximum 2 people in Glentrees Studio.
Equipment policies
Since the studio is also used for zumba, kids ballet etc. we are not able to provide and keep mats there. Other props such as bolsters and blocks are not provided either. Please bring your own mat, thank you!
