    ClubberJump (K-Pop)

Love the K-pop playlist today! It’s fun but a bit too long and too much stomping for me. Would be nice to have a Lite class for 40 min for beginners or those who prefer to take it less intense.

    Jumping (Basic)

The class was cosy with regulars so we dived right into it. The classes are paced according to attendees and Joraine has a very good memory and personality to know and welcome each participant. Music was greaaat, workout was great, nothing more I could ask for :)

    Shadow boxing

Aidah was really pumped and enthusiatic - when the instructor is THAT high, it (99%) always means a great class! There were clear segments building up to a fun "sparring" session followed by a good stretch to cool down...Pretty good flow that maximised the class duration. The shadow boxing sequences were easy to follow but still works on power, coordination AND memory (which I had none of, tormenting my poor partners during the sparring segment - SORRY TO ALL OF YOU >.< ). All in all, an enjoyable workout in a jovial communal atmosphere! Oh, last pt: the class was livestreamed (not sure if ALL are streamed or not) but being a clueless noob first-timer I din realise until halfway thru warmup and basically made a fool of myself in front of the camera with my spot right in front of the "front" mirror, to the left of the instructor. Avoid the front row if you are camera-shy!

    Boxing All In

I like how the class mimics the real boxing with a partner rather than punching the teardrop bag. Overall, it was fun and I learnt a lot in terms of form and how to defend/react! The class was a mix of boxing with partner, with punching bag and core workouts. I read some reviews saying it is beginner friendly so I joined but I wouldn't consider this as totally beginner friendly as you do need to know the basic punches and form to follow the class more easily. The instructors were really nice and helpful to guide me along so I could follow the class better. Would recommend this class to people who have been boxing a bag for a while now and would like to try/practise their moves with a partner!

    Muay-Thai

Friendly and clean gym. The coaches paid good attention to new comers and there was decent 1-to-1 coaching on fundamentals and technique. Class routine: Jump rope warm up, followed by technique coaching/shadow boxing, and circuits on the bags / pad work with coaches, before ending off with light core exercises.

I like the timing of the class. it's 7.30am so u gave yourself a good reason to wake up even earlier, like 6.15am, and after the class ends, you have ample time to get ready for work. The instructor was good; pushes you, corrects you, encourages you etc. Will definitely come again.
