Studio Blue Pilates & Yoga is a small, boutique studio offering Pilates training for athletes, people recovering from back pain or injury, and those who want to get the sculpted, strong, flexible body that comes from Pilates training.

How to prepare

They will not allow anyone into class more than 5 minutes after the start of class.

How to get there

Their NW Portland studio is located in the Pettygrove Medical Center. There is free 2 hr parking for clients in a lot located directly under the building. We will also be offering Massage, Acupuncture and Esthetician services.

I walked out thinking "that wasn't very hard, I'm not sure of I'll go back.' I woke up today with sore glutes, hamstrings and quads. It's a cool and deceptively effective class and the instructor was excellent.

What is ClassPass?
