About this studio

We’re making fit fun with our Strong HiiT Fit program! This program is a high energy, high intensity, and result driven program designed to help you meet your fitness goals. They use Trueform runners (better than treadmills!), rowers, spin bikes, TRX, dumbbells & body weight movements for you to get the best workout in the DFW area! Heart rate monitors are used during each workout to ensure you are reaching your intensity goals during your session. Strong has a great community, fun energetic instructors. Whether you are looking to change up your routine, looking to tone up, or just looking for the next best thing, Strong Fitness is for you!

Strong Fitness and Performance Center classes

How to prepare

Please show up 15 minutes early to class to ensure that you are properly checked in and that we have time to set you up with a heart rate monitor. Please sign an online waiver if attending your first class at Strong Fitness and Performance Center. You can do this at strongdallas.com. Go to Start now, create a login, and follow the instructions to sign the waiver. Before each class, please login, go to our schedule, and make sure to RSVP for the desired class time. Can't wait to sweat with you! :)

How to get there

Entrance to the building is on the side not front. Enter through the open garage or side door and the Fitness room is on your right by the water fountain.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
