About this studio

SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create a great workout. This unique concept delivers cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in every session. Through a combination of spin, strength and yoga each workout is designed to improve endurance, strength and flexibility.

How to prepare

Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like! Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first session or you may not be allowed in. Our instructors must have time to give you a tour of the studio, give you an expert bike fitting, and cover any safety issues.

I loved this studio. They are so inviting, welcoming, upbeat, and helpful from the moment you walk in. The gym is clean, and state of the art. The class itself was a perfect mix of cardio, and strength, ending with a yoga cool down. Exceptional experience all around. This is the gym I would choose to purchase membership if I didn't use ClassPass.

First class as an out of town visitor. I’m counting down the days to have a Spenga In Dallas. The instructors here were so considerate and attentive to new class members. They made sure to cater to those of us with injuries as well. I got a few plates in my ankle less than a year ago and found this class to be challenging and achievable - especially with confidence in the instructors. Super fun concept!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
