Best. Instructor. Ever.

mandatory reviews are dumb
Sol 60 with Jules
Sol 60 is great for beginners and intermediate level. Yogi was upbeat, friendly, a helpful coach for making adjustments or modifications, and doing things to avoid injury. Great pace. Not too crowded on a Thursday at 7pm the one time I went. Facility is nice. Towels rent at $1 and mats at $3. I will be returning.
Intermediate Vinyasa with Joel
enjoyed the class and Joel was very knowledgeable and had unique flows and movements. fantastic instructor, described movement very clearly.
Sol Kula Flow (donation class) with Janet
Clean studio. But not sure Janet was familiar with her own sequence. A few more yogic cues would be helpful but that is more a personal preference I guess.
Sol 60 with Jules
Jules is by far my favorite instructor at Sol! Every time I leave her class I feel revitalized, stronger, and clear of negative energy. She is upbeat, funny, and makes class go by so quickly! Take her if you can!!
Sol 75 with Jules
Jules is awesome! She explained the posture really well and adjusted my posture gently. I feel really good after the class.
Sol 60 with Victoria
This is one of the nicest studios Ive seen. Large locker room with showers, hand wash, blow dryers, etc. The class was also exactly as described. Hot and challenging, but also accessible if you are a beginner. Bring or rent a towel! Matt/towel rentals are a little more than Ive seen, but it was a nice quality Manduka. And they have water if you forgot which you will want it! I wish I still lived in San Diego, I would come here all the time.
