Intermediate Vinyasa with Charlie
This is one of my favorite yoga instructors and I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and like I’ve gotten exactly what I needed.
Sol 60 with Jules
My favorite sol 60 so far! Even though it was the most crowded, Jules is a rockstar and had amazing energy and great music. Thank you for a class that kicked my butt but was also incredible fun!
Sol Reset (90 minute yin/restorative) with Heidi
Class didn’t seem to be well thought out. I am a yoga teacher that teaches yin as well as a personal trainer. I have also studied kinesiology. The postures in this class were just yang postures held way too long. Heidi didn’t cue into the postures very well and gave confusing/conflicting options. Sphinx pose is not meant to be held that long in yin and I saw fellow yoga students started to shrug into bad form because it was held too long. Cues for the rest of the class had an authoritative tone but vague. Confused? Yes, we were too. Standing forward fold was held for a very long time and the transition out was very quick not accounting for the blood to rush back to the brain. She also cued into a long hold for child’s pose with a chest expansion /elbows elevated, when tadpole pose with no arm variation is the yin equivalent. It didn’t feel safe to hold for that long as the transition into the next pose didn’t allow for blood flow back into the shoulders before loading them again.
Intermediate Vinyasa with Maneli
Great class
Candlelight Sunset Flow with Maneli
Maneli is always amazing. I feel like I learn something new every time
Sunrise Flow with Mike
Great class. Had a good variety of poses for stretching and strength. The class was flexible enough to work for a knowledgeable beginner like me but still offer something for a more advanced yogi. Like opportunities to practice handstand poses and half crow. It was a little fast paced for me. Even with that I found it to be a enjoyable class.
Sol 60 with Jules
Love love love Jules! She is my favorite instructor at Sol and I love coming to her class as often as I can. She is hilarious and always clears me of negative energy. Thank you Jules!
Intermediate Vinyasa with Joel
Fun flow
Advanced Vinyasa with Marissa
I am intermediate and do this class and it’s great. I just don’t do the inversions, etc
Sol 60 with Victoria
I’ve been doing yoga on and off for several years at this studio and Victoria is definitely one of the better instructors with teaching proper form.
