She's also an amazing instructor when it comes to running a smooth class by speaking clearly and leading each individual movement. Even if you don't speak Spanish very well, the classes are not fast-paced at all, making it extremely easy to follow along each workout. I definitely would take another class again!

I was super impressed by my strength to pull through lol but also, the instructor was very thorough in teaching me everything I needed to know about the facility and machine. You will be pulling your own weight so make sure to ask questions. I was side by side with the instructor the whole time and she was attentive to my form and corrected me where it was needed. I will honestly return when my trial is up.
