Boot Camp with Kayla
I’ve taken boot camp classes all over the city and this is absolutely in my top three. First of all, Kayla brings such joy to her classes. She pushes you enough without making you feel bad if you need a break or a modification. Her music is also always on point. Kayla also chooses very functional movements to focus on. Nothing insane or too trendy.
Boot Camp with Lisa
Left the class trembling and weak. If you wanna get in shape fast, Lisa will kick your a$$. Definitely need to incorporate this a few times a month to get bikini ready!

This amazing and newly built out Astoria studio offers calorie-torching classes such as their signature Simply Move It class, Barre classes and tons of cycling! You'll never get bored! When the going gets tough, get over it and keep going! 347 639 0489

How to get there

Find our brand new studio beside our original Simply Fit studio on Astoria Blvd - we have two studio rooms in the facility, Simply Fit & Simply Cycle Late policy: for cardio/mat classes there is a 3min grace period & cycling classes you must be ready to start class on time (no late admittance). Please arrive 10-15mins early if you are new so you can sign the waiver and get setup!

What is ClassPass?
