About this studio

Shift Cycle is a rhythm based, full-body cycling studio that incorporates exercises & weights to target the upper body and core, while torching calories with interval-based cardio. This 45-minute energizing workout focuses on screenless rhythm riding and is guaranteed to challenge you physically and strengthen you mentally. Get ready to MAKE SHIFT HAPPEN. Clip-in cycling shoes are required- bring your own (LOOK Delta & SPD) or rent for $2 from the studio. New riders should arrive 15 minutes before class for bike setup and instruction.For your safety and the experience for other riders, late riders will not be allowed in the studio. NEW UPDATE: You will be asked to pick a bike before you head into the bike room. Make sure to ask the front which bikes are available.

How to prepare

ALL riders must arrive 15 minutes before class for bike setup and directions. Late riders will not be allowed in the bike room. Please bring a water bottle. Clip-in cycling shoes are required- bring your own or rent for $2 from the studio.

How to get there

They are located in North Stapleton off Central Park Blvd. and 51st St. Take CPB north and just past the Storage Space building take a right on 51st Street.

What is ClassPass?
