Please bring along your Boxing Gloves and Handwraps for Muay Thai and Boxing classes; and Gi/Kimono for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. If you do not own any of the training equipment mentioned, feel free to use our communal training equipment provided in the gym.
