I wound up being the only person in class and got a lot of very personalized feedback
Strike Fit Boxing
Sean isn great instructor with emphasis on self-pace, while also pushing you to improve with one-on-one time. Confusing welcome, didnt know where to go or who was instructing when I arrived early, but it worked out. Free wraps and gloves. Exhausting and worth it.

very small class- 6 people, fairly difficult for a begginer like me, but good workout

Really not a pilates class at all and location was very sketchy, inside a gym, disgusting mats. Do not recommend.

This isnt a Pilates class. Its calisthenics, yoga and stretching with only a few Pilates moves. Within the first 5 minutes I had to ask if I was in the correct class. Overall it was disappointing.

Coach Sean knows what's up!! He is very knowledgeable and gears the class toward striking technique with a good cardio element.
Bootcamp
This is a low-key boot camp in a low-key gym dont go if you prefer boutique fitness classes. Its a decent workout, nothing very fancy, nothing terribly exciting. (Id compare it to doing a Nike + workout at home.)

Really did not enjoy this class. When I see a class called boot camp I think its reasonable to expect HIIT style or circuits. This class was basically 25-30 different low intensity exercises done one time. The instructor picked on me when I tried to make the workout more challenging or use heavier weights, which I felt was unnecessary. If you want a high intensity class or a lot of strength work this is not for you. If youre easing back into resistance training and like a small class mayyyyybe try this. Everyone was nice except they tried to hand me off to their membership person before class to sell me.
