How to prepare

Studio opens 15 minutes before class time. Please arrive early to be setup on the rowing machine, and introduced to proper technique and form. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

How to get there

Studio opens 15 minutes before class starts. Row House CC is located on 59th Street between 10th and 11th Ave, across for John Jay College. We are a short walk from the 59th Street/Columbus Circle stop for the A/C/1/2/B/D Subway, and very accessible to West End Ave. We are on the ground floor.

Erin was great! Loved her music choices (old and new Hip Hop) and her push for us to move as a class. The on and off helps break up and the rowing for me so when I am on the erg, I can focus on proper form. I liked how she reiterated form throughout class.

What is ClassPass?
