About this studio

At Revision Athletics, you revise your health, fitness, and well being with outdoor training that focuses on everything from strength, cardio, mobility, and mindfulness. Classes may include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and the use of our environment so be prepared for anything.

How to prepare

Revision Athletics is an outdoor fitness company, so please dress for the weather. Workout gloves can be helpful as we may put our hands on the ground. We will store keys, jackets, phones, or bags during class.

How to get there

PLEASE NOTE: MONDAY 'Athletic Endurance' and TUESDAY 'Natural Strength' classes meet at the Aquatic Park Pier at 3299 Van Ness Ave. THURSDAY ‘Athletic Movement’ classes are held at the Palace of Fine Arts at 2498 Bay Street FRIDAY 'Outdoor Circuit' classes are held near the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion outside the Festival Pavilion.

Alex is an amazing instructor! This class is a challenge and not for that faint of heart.... but well worth it. A balance of strength and conditioning (mostly conditioning). Will come back.

Note the location for Friday classes is near the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion. The workout is outdoors so there are no amenities, but Alex is an encouraging teacher

There are some strength exercises like pushups, but overall this class is more cardio-focused than strength. Alex is a great motivator and running hills is tough!

What is ClassPass?
