About this studio

RDFiT BootCamp offers an accountable, fun, and fast workout. So, if you want a no frills, but lots of thrills, ass-kicking, approach to fitness in an energized large group setting, this is the perfect program for you! 503 520 8743

How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water bottle to ALL classes. Bring boxing gloves for any Boxing classes. Shared gloves are available and also gloves available for purchase. Please bring a yoga mat for yoga classes. Shared mats are available as well.

How to get there

Please note that 90% of our classes are held in the PDX Sports Center at 8785 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, Portland OR 97225. We do have a studio across the street where we hold 10% of our classes at 8538 SW Apple Way, Portland OR 97225. PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION WHEN REGISTERING. Both venues are limited access and open during classes only. We want you to avoid any frustration with stopping in without an appointment. Kicked my butt!
Turf War Battle Stations with Shirley
One of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a long time, but still super fun! Shirley was upbeat and encouraging.
Circuit with Brad
Great exercises and instructor had a lot of energy. With 35 people, we didn’t have any individualized attention though. The instructor also didn’t demonstrate any of the exercises.

The workout was good but the mats were old and shredded. It was my first class and I wasnt doing the exercises right and wasnt getting a ton of help. The teacher left at the end to get ready for another class and left a student in charge of finishing. I didnt know any of the terms for the exercises and felt completely lost :/

What is ClassPass?
