About this studio

RedBird is a movement method built on 35 years experience in the industry. Through innovative programming, expert teachers and an inspiring community they create balanced, toned bodies and beautiful movers. Their East Austin studio offers Pilates mat and equipment classes, high intensity cardio interval training, a unique dance-based toning program called Body Engineering and Primal 7 suspension-band training (like TRX).

How to prepare

RedBird will supply mats and props. Please bring a water bottle and towel if you want these items. For any cardio or Primal 7 program make sure to being your sneakers.

How to get there

Leave time for parking. A $10/month parking permit is available for purchase at the studio so you can park in the lot across the street. Otherwise, leave time to park on the street. We specialize in building relationships with each client so that we can guide and educate appropriately through all classes, based on each client's needs. As we grow, this becomes more challenging when people arrive late and disrupt the focus of class. We ask that you make a sincere effort to arrive 15 minutes early.

Body Engineering Mat - All levels with Rachael
Love this place, the best mat Pilates class in town. But the past few classes have been extremely warm. Seems like the ac is either broken or not being used and it's very hot and humid in the back room now that days are reaching 100 degrees.
