Small class- didn’t break a sweat. Didn’t love music or the exercises. Studio is clean and instructor did come around to adjust poses if needed.

Ive taken barre classes before and this one was very challenging, in a good way! Jasmine was really kind and made sure I was set up with everything I needed for the class.

The check in process was easy and convenient. Studio was clean but kind of outdated with thick carpeted floors. Instructors cues were pretty lame and I didnt really sweat. I was able to wear the same clothes to yoga the next day (I visited the studio on vacation).

About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required! 561 733 1517

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
