About this studio

Peloton Cycling is a state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio. We cater to cyclists and exercise enthusiasts; and because indoor cycling is a low impact, high cardio workout, burning lots of calories all levels of fitness are able to participate. Thanks to our power based bikes we are able to enter personalized bio-metrics to give you an estimated FTW (Functional Threshold Watt Rate) while measuring your power in watts, calories burned, km ridden, speed and cadence. Watch your numbers rise and break new personal bests day after day!

How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms. They offer complimentary rental shoes, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. Please either create a Peloton profile online at PelotonCycle.com before your first class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

FYI this is not a super high energy class! No loud music, or virtual tour. But if you're into the numbers and hitting target zones it is great!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
