    The class was great! I loved the class format including boxing as well as squats, lunges, pushups, etc. and partner work at the end. David had great tips in class about breath work and new stretches I haven’t seen before. Everyone was really welcoming and a staff member wrapped my hands for me! It was a great experience overall.
