About this studio

The Lagree Method is the best core-strengthening, calorie-burning workout designed for full body conditioning. Lagree is performed on the patented Megaformer consisting of a moving platform which is manipulated through a system of springs, straps and cables in combination with your own body weight to provide resistance. All of the movements are slow and controlled encouraging maximum exertion in a low impact workout. This allows you to stay in-tuned with your body at all times, reducing the risk of injury and also allowing individuals with some injuries to participate. Lagree strengthens the body, tones and lengthens muscles, improves endurance, jump-starts the metabolism, burns fat, increases flexibility, improves posture and restores the body’s natural balance.

How to prepare

Please arrive 15-minutes before your first class* (so the instructor can provide you with a proper introduction to the Megaformrer) and don't forget your grip socks (they are mandatory in all classes). If you don't have grip socks, don't worry, Lagree YYC sell's them in-studio. * First time participants who fail to arrive in time for the instructor led introduction will be unable to participate in the class. ** Any changes to ClassPass reservations must be made through ClassPass only! No changes can be made in-studio or through Lagree YYC.

How to get there

Lagree YYC - Signal Hill is conveniently situated at #529, 1851 Sirocco Drive SW on the corner of Sarcee Trail and 17th Avenue SW. The studio is located in West Market Square which is the same complex as Sunterra, Shillelagh’s Pub and Starbucks. Lagree YYC is situated in the South West corner of the complex near the Nail Salon, the Medical Clinic and Iris Optical Center.

What is ClassPass?
