Abs, Buns & Guns with Andrea
This is a small class broken into three 20 minute sessions (abs, buns, guns). I think the teacher is thoughtful and trys to mix in burn moves with stretch moves as a rest. Would be a little tough if you haven't done any yoga or pilates but totally manageable.

I really liked the small class size and personalized attention. It was very focused on toning and not cardio which is exactly what I wanted but not for someone looking for a heart pounding workout. I would have liked some music, it was SO quiet.

Good class for stretching and opening up. Not strenuous, which in my case was goodwanted to ease back into exercising after being reconditioned by long bout of flu.

What is ClassPass?
