Andrea is a great teacher.
Abs, Buns & Guns with Andrea
This is a small class broken into three 20 minute sessions (abs, buns, guns). I think the teacher is thoughtful and trys to mix in burn moves with stretch moves as a rest. Would be a little tough if you haven't done any yoga or pilates but totally manageable.

I really liked the small class size and personalized attention. It was very focused on toning and not cardio which is exactly what I wanted but not for someone looking for a heart pounding workout. I would have liked some music, it was SO quiet.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
