Basic Vinyasa with Sasha
When they said basic, they really meant basic. You learn the fundamentals of vinyasa at a slow pace, with minimal flow involved. While the instructor was nice and helpful, didn’t appreciate her calling me out in front of everyone when I did one flow sequence on my own. Good class for beginners and those who are looking to correct their forms, not so great if you’re looking for a flow at a novice level
Strong Vinyasa with Teri
good hard flow, lots of difficult poses and transitions. love the space and Teri!
Basic Vinyasa + Restore with Liz
Liz’s class is the perfect way to wind down after a long week.
Strong Vinyasa with Miriam
Miriam is just the best.
Basic Vinyasa + Restore with Liz

Basic Vinyasa with Naomi
Naomi is the best!!
Mixed Level Yoga with Laura
Feeling so good after this class! Laura is such a great instructor and I love this mixed level class.
Basic Vinyasa Hour with Heather
Heather was great! Loved how supportive her energy was and the pace of the class.
Strong Vinyasa with Teri
beginner intermediate level. stong teacher. nice admin. someone was profusely coughing in the beginning and got totally sick. but i dont know what the yoga studio could have ✔
Pilates with Kristine
The class itself and instructor were great but the space wasn’t the best. It was basically held in the studio’s atrium...
