About this studio
South Central Strength & Conditioning home of Paper Street CrossFit is a fitness coaching facility located in Midtown/4th Ward of Houston, Texas. Our mission is to develop a community of healthy and happy Houstonians through fitness, nutrition, and friendly competition. We believe that by implementing the CrossFit prescription of performing constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity, everyone can achieve fitness levels never thought possible. Regardless of your athletic background or your current physical state, CrossFit is a suitable program for you through its modifiable nature. We also offer YOGA on Thursdays as a way to wind down our muscles and participate in active recovery. How to prepare
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. If you are new to Crossfit, Bootcamp, or any type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) we recommend eating 30-45 minutes prior to coming. Please consume something like a banana and almond butter, one slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter, etc. We offer filtered water if you bring a bottle or you can purchase water for one dollar.
