About this studio

The Wicked Core Workout is based on the Lagree Fitness Method which incorporates strength, resistance and cardio training not only in every workout but in every exercise taught. It’s a high intensity, low impact 45-minute session that will leave your muscles leaner, longer and stronger - creating noticeable tone and definition in the body. You can expect a full–body session that uses controlled movements on a Megaformer™ M3S to work your slow and fast-twitch muscles to the point of failure. They are across from Panera Bread on Rayford Rd, near the intersection of 99 and Rayford.

How to prepare

- They require you to wear socks with grips on the bottom for your safety. If you do not own grip socks you can purchase them at the studio. No shoes. - Wear clothes that breathe easily and that you can move freely in - Bring a water bottle – they have a water bottle refill station - Don’t worry about towels, they have a complimentary towel service - No jewelry please, for your safety - Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class

What is ClassPass?
