How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of theirs for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

We are located off of Hamilton Rd and 161 in the Gahanna/New Albany area behind Auto Zone.

Jessica is a great instructor! She is upbeat and positive throughout this tough workout!
Pump and Flex with Shelly
Shelly is welcoming. She sets up the workout moves and demonstrates them for the class. She plays good music. After she starts the timer for each round, she doesnt give many cues, tips or coaching, so its probably better to not be a fitness beginner in her class.

Basics Flow with Sarah
This was my first ever yoga class so I don't really have a point of reference, but I enjoyed the class! Spacious and clean studio. I enjoyed the music selection. Sarah had a very calming voice. I also liked that the movements were beginner-friendly and I could follow along for the most part.
