About this studio

PAI Yoga & Fitness Gahanna/ New Albany is a state-of-the-art fitness studio. Check out weekly group exercise classes including Barre, Spinning, Suspension Training TRX, and Yoga. 656-4476

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of theirs for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

We are located off of Hamilton Rd and 161 in the Gahanna/New Albany area behind Auto Zone.

good set of circuits but wasnt really lead too much by the instructor
HOT Power Yoga Flow/75 with Juli
Challenging class! Started a little slow but by the end we had prob done 50 vinyasas. Plus some hard flows and balance moves. Plus I LOVED the playlist. Overall great way to start my Sunday!
SPRINT/TRX with Diana
I loved how this class was half cycling/half TRX...cutting it into 2 parts really made it go by fast! Great workout if you push yourself and I'll be back for sure. DIANA is AMAZING! Sooo personable, motivating, & helpful esp. if you're new/struggling.
TRX Total Body Conditioning with Richard
My only regret in going to Richs class is that I didnt find him sooner! His class in an excellent mix of cardio and strength work out that will kick your butt and make you feel awesome after! Rich really helps to push you to the next level, but is also great at working with you to make modifications based on your individual needs.
