Pilates
Class was mediocre. The instructor seemed like she didn’t have a plan and just made it all up as she went along. They also made me let them make a copy of my drivers license for ‘liability’ reasons. That made me very uncomfortable. I’ve work out at tons of gyms and studios and none of them have made me give them a copy. Disappointing.
Cycle
Instructor was good, kept you motivated
Turbo Kickboxing
Alta is awesome!!!! Never disappoints! The class is energetic and is the type of kickboxing class I love.
Barre
Loved the gym itself but the class is more Barre Light than straight Barre. The class worked up a good sweat and was excellent workout, but didnt feel like a true barre class.
Barre
This really can't be called a Barre class. Pilates, yes. Barre, no. You need a Barre to be called a Barre class, not to mention any Barre technique. The instructor was nice and the facility is really great. The class itself could have been a bit more challenging. Movements were slow and there was a lot of resting and stretching.
Cardio & Strength
Great class, good challenging work out.
Pilates
Was not intense. Good for beginners and people who are not in shape.
Step n' Strength
This was great! It was my first class pass experience and I was impressed with the facility services, the atmosphere, and the instructor! It was hard, but shes made me want to come back.
Zumba
Class was good, but not very high energy.
Cardio & Strength
Andrea was great! Challenging workout but she kept me motivated. Would highly recommend.

What is ClassPass?
