About this studio

A boutique studio offering Multiplanar High Intensity Strength Training in focused Semi Private classes and 1 on 1 sessions in your own private studio. MPR was established by celebrity fitness expert Tony A Molina in 1992. While standing outside the doors of the gym Tony had the “aha” moment that changed the way he looked at exercise forever. He realized that the trends in fitness have always been towards creating ever newer and more complicated machines to assist us to workout. Looking in at the endless rows of hulking machines, with all those people busy sitting, leaning and lying on them, Tony knew what fitness should become focused on: developing intelligent weight bearing exercise techniques that utilized the best piece of equipment ever invented, the human body. MPR was born.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. Arrive 10 minutes before class to change and place your belongings in our digitally key coded lockers. Grab a workout towel on your way into the studio and take one of the six positions available for class. Note: Please enter through the private doorman entrance and take the elevator to our studio on the 17th floor.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
