How to get there

Located on the corner of W. 8th at Hemlock. Parking on West 8th avenue is suggested. Access to the studio can be obtained through the street entrance.

Friday Night Plyo with Hannah
I was really looking forward to this class as I’m involved in competitive sports and was excited to find a plyometrics workout! I was surprised that this class was very short. We spent over half the class stretching. The workout was only 10 minutes long and then the instructor ended 10 minutes early.

Always a great class! Love when there’s a quick cardio blast at the end like planks or slam balls.

Jake was AWESOME. He pays so much attention to form and explains everything with great detail. The class starts slow and then gets very difficult, but only at your own pace! You set the difficulty; they structure the class. Good people too! Seems like a true community.

What is ClassPass?
