How to get there

Located on the corner of W. 8th at Hemlock. Parking on West 8th avenue is suggested. Access to the studio can be obtained through the street entrance.

Lauren is a great instructor. The class was all based in functional movements. The small class sizes are great for having the instructors giving you feedback on form

This was my first time doing at work out at Movement108, Steve was super professional and friendly! The work out had a good gentle warm up with a well planned weights and pull up session plus a good stretch/warm down. Would definitely come again.

Hannah is my favourite instructor! She is so lovely and encouraging- she brings such a bubbly yet calm vibe. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable instructor. Was helpful with providing modifications for an injury. A lot of mobilization work at the beginning of the class, which is probably a good thing as I often don’t do this on my own.

Nice space and a solid class! We did a fair bit of kettlebell work. Megan was great, helpful and took the time to correct and adjust.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
