About this studio

Mod Physique is a boutique fusion fitness studio that incorporates Pilates, ballet barre, yoga, and cardio, into classes designed to help you find your longest, leanest, and healthiest self. Find balance between flexibility and strength with our range of classes. Be challenged with new movement patterns with our signature mod-physique class. Our space is friendly, inviting, and unintimidating. We specialize in prenatal and postnatal classes and private training. "In order to seek to better our bodies we have to better our minds, love our selves, improve our self-image, and commit to actions that follow our dreams. To be able to seek help when we are in pain, find ways to release stress, be humbled, find community, and be able to laugh."

How to prepare

If attending any of our Mod classes please bring a supportive sports bra, grippy sox, and water bottle. We have water and grippy sox if you forget. Must wear leggings that are at least knee length and hair tied back, so when you run you can see :) Hair ties & hairspray are provided if needed. We have yoga mats but if you have sensitive knees or wrists bring yours to double up. We don't have enough to double up for everyone. *They are inside the Alberta Abbey, a multi-use event space. There is a door code for entry. The code is #5521.

How to get there

New users must arrive 10-15 mins before class & let teachers know about any injuries. They are located at the Alberta Abbey, an old church now turned event space, located on the corner of Mallory on Alberta street. The parking lot is on the north side of the street & their entrance is on Mallory Street. Please call their number 502-205-1670 if you are here early. There is a door code for entry. The code is #5521. If you enter after class starts this is a late cancelation. The waiting room will be locked.

What is ClassPass?
