About this studio

Melting Point Yoga offers students in the Lake Norman area a variety of hot and non-heated yoga classes throughout the week. Their amazing group of Yoga Alliance certified instructors are some of the best in the area and will help guide you on your own individual journey. The staff at Melting Point Yoga recognizes that it is something different that brings each student to yoga. Perhaps it is to increase flexibility, gain strength, enhance physical fitness or to relieve stress and quiet the mind. Whatever your motivation, Melting Point Yoga welcomes you to their community.

How to prepare

Students should bring a mat, towel for hot yoga and water to class. If you do not have your own, mats and towels can be rented from the studio for $2. A drinking fountain is available, and bottles of water are sold for $1.

How to get there

Melting Point Yoga is located at 9526 Birkdale Crossing Drive in suite 10. We are located in the same plaza as Hickory Tarvern and Office Depot.

Not an easy class but a great workout. Bringing a towel and water is a must!!

There was a sub for this class and she was fine. The group itself was kinda chatty which made it hard to get into the right mindset for class. I probably will try other classes.

Carrie was wonderful. This was my first time taking a yoga class and she put everyone in the class at ease. Ill definitely be going back and look forward to trying other classes as well
